Whether you're in the city, chilling by the coast, or adventuring in the outback, we make sure your order finds you wherever the Aussie sun shines. Below you’ll find all the details on how we carefully pack, ship, and deliver your new favourite accessory.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) are prioritized for same-day processing. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (AEST) or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and delivered within 7–12 business days. We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

Total estimated delivery time: 8–14 business days (processing + transit time combined).

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
